We've had a great first couple days here! We started VBS today and had over 30 kids! We're praying & expecting more tomorrow! The picture on the left is the preschool class that is being taught by Janie & Dustin. They really had their hands full today with the biggest class with a total of 11 kids! As you can see from the pics, the kids had a great day.

Revival is going well. I'm so proud of our youth! Church you would be so blessed to hear them share their testimonies! It's so great to hear them stand & proclaim what the Lord is doing in their lives. The piture here is them singing some praise & worship songs with Randal, John & David playing the instruments in the background (we couldn't fit them all in the pic). They've also been awesome doing drama skits during the services...we've done one each night.

We went out Sunday afternoon to pass out fliers for VBS & Revival, we also handed out the Bibles that were donated by Lifeway. We all really enjoyed that time...one of our groups was even able to experience leading someone to the Lord on his front porch!!! We are planning to hand more Bibles out tomorrow.

Please continue to pray for us! We are so thanful to have a great church family & so many great friends who love and care for us! Thanks for the encouragement!

Revival Starts Today!

We arrived just fine yesterday after a very very long road trip! Some played games, watched movies, slept or a combination of all three....1 drove! It took us almost 9 hours after all the stops & road construction, but we made it safe & sound!

Today we're getting ready & about to head to Trinity Baptist for our first Revival Services! Richard & Bayleigh will be doing a very powerful drama skit, Tiffany & David are going to be sharing their personal testimonies. All of the youth are going to be leading worship with Randal & John playing. I'll be preaching. After the service we'll eat lunch at Calvery Baptist then head out to go door to door to hand out Bibles & tell folks about VBS/Revival & just spread the word (literally)! I'm hoping for a couple hours to rest then we'll head back to Trinity for Revival tonight where we will have another drama skit, more worship, more testimonies & more preaching!

We had a great meeting last night & all are in great spirits! Also everyone went swimming afterwards...so I'm sure that helped as well! Thanks for your prayers!
